Bio

Anthony McGee is a managing partner of the law group. Mr. McGee’s practice focuses on criminal/DUI defense, probate and estates, personal injury, nonprofits and legislative and regulatory affairs.

Mr. McGee served as a prosecuting attorney for over 12 years litigating complex DUI and vehicular homicide cases in Fulton County. As a staff attorney with the Public Defender Office, he provided legal defense to indigent clients charged with serious felonies. Also, he served as legislative counsel managing Fulton County’s state and federal legislative agenda. Mr. McGee is a member of the criminal law, fiduciary and tort and insurance sections of the Georgia State Bar. Also, he is a member of the DeKalb Bar and Stonewall Bar Associations.

Mr. McGee is a graduate from the City University of New York School of Law and is pursing his Ph.D. at Clark Atlanta University. He is an adjunct professor at Georgia Military College, Georgia Gwinnett College and Morehouse College where he teaches political science courses, constitutional law, criminal law and criminal procedure.
